The Langley Meadows Animal Hospital Wellness Program provides bundled, vet-designed care packages for dogs and cats at every life stage. Each plan is structured to deliver the right preventive care at the right time, making it easy to stay on top of your pet’s health without having to track every individual service. Whether you have a new puppy, a senior cat, or anything in between, our wellness plans are built to support your pet’s health throughout their life.
The first year of a puppy’s life is filled with important veterinary milestones. Our Puppy Wellness Plan is designed to guide new puppy owners through the vaccination series, deworming schedule, flea and tick prevention, microchipping, and nutritional guidance your puppy needs during this critical developmental period. The plan includes multiple wellness visits timed to align with key vaccination and parasite control milestones. We also discuss socialization, behavioral development, and at-home care to help set your puppy up for a healthy, happy life.
Kittens require a series of veterinary visits in their first year to establish core vaccinations, address parasite prevention, and ensure healthy development. Our Kitten Wellness Plan bundles these essential visits and services, providing a clear roadmap for your kitten’s first year. In addition to vaccines and parasite prevention, we discuss nutrition, litter training, indoor enrichment, and the many ways you can support your kitten’s physical and behavioral wellbeing as they grow. Microchipping and spay or neuter recommendations are also integrated into the plan.
Adult dogs and cats between approximately one and seven years of age benefit from annual wellness care that keeps them healthy and catches any emerging concerns early. Our Adult Pet Wellness Plan includes an annual comprehensive wellness exam, core vaccinations and titer testing as applicable, parasite prevention review, dental health assessment, weight and nutrition review, and bloodwork recommendations based on your pet’s individual health history. Keeping up with adult wellness care is one of the most effective investments in your pet’s long-term health.
As pets age, the frequency of veterinary monitoring becomes increasingly important. Dogs and cats aged seven years and older are considered senior, and age-related changes can progress quickly. Our Senior Pet Wellness Plan includes twice-yearly comprehensive wellness exams, senior bloodwork and urinalysis to monitor organ function, blood pressure monitoring, dental health assessment, joint and mobility evaluation, nutritional guidance for senior life stage, and discussions about quality of life as your pet ages. Catching changes early in senior pets gives us the greatest opportunity to intervene effectively and maintain a high quality of life.
